Bagmane Prime Office REIT: First AM voting results announced

Bagmane Prime Office REIT held its First Annual Meeting of Unitholders on July 20, 2026 via video conferencing. All three ordinary resolutions were passed with requisite majority: adoption of audited financials for May 30, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (100% in favor), ratification of S.R. Batliboi as statutory auditor (99.33% in favor), and ratification of KZen Valtech and JLL as independent valuer and property consultant (99.41% in favor). About 91.18% of outstanding units were polled.
