Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2025, together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Statement of Cash Flows for the Half Year ended on September 30, 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. The same is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1;Further, the extract from the said Un-Audited Financial Results and a Quick Response (QR) code would also be published in the newspapers in compliance with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations. The said Un-Audited Financial Results are also being uploaded on the Company's website i.e. https://www.baidfinserv.com/newspaper-publication-of-results/ as required under Regulation 46 of the Listing Regulations.2.
