Bajaj Finance to issue near 3-year bonds, bankers say

Bajaj Finance plans to issue bonds with a 2 year 11 month tenor at a 7.93 percent coupon, inviting commitment bids on Wednesday. The issue size is 10 billion rupees base plus an equal greenshoe option. Separately, HDB Financial Services will reissue a bond maturing in July 2029, originally carrying an 8.2301 percent coupon.
