Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited reported standalone profit after tax of Rs 4,707.80 crore for FY2026, surging nearly 4x from Rs 1,291.83 crore in FY2025. Total income more than doubled to Rs 3,184.31 crore. The jump was driven by an exceptional item of Rs 1,982.99 crore profit from selling 1.04 crore Bajaj Finserv shares in June 2025, plus higher dividend income and net gains on fair value changes.
