Bajaj Housing Finance shares rally 5% as Q1 AUM climbs 24% YoY

Bajaj Housing Finance shares rallied 5 percent after the company reported a 24 percent year-on-year jump in assets under management to approximately Rs 1,49,610 crore as of June 30, 2026. Gross disbursements in Q1FY27 rose sharply to approximately Rs 19,500 crore from Rs 14,651 crore a year earlier, while loan assets grew to approximately Rs 1,31,150 crore. Promoter holding remained steady at 86.70 percent, with FIIs marginally raising their stake to 0.99 percent though mutual funds trimmed holdings to 0.35 percent.
