Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted 50,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis on 5 June 2025. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000, taking the total issue size to about ₹500.98 crore. The debentures carry a coupon of 7.02% per annum, paid annually, with a residual tenure of 1,086 days maturing on 26 May 2028. The issue is secured by a first pari-passu charge on the company's book debts and loan receivables at 1x security cover, and the NCDs will be listed on BSE's Wholesale Debt Market segment.
This is a routine fundraising move by Bajaj Housing Finance to bolster its lending capital at a competitive rate. It should have no immediate material impact on the equity share price, though it does expand the company's outstanding debt obligations by roughly ₹501 crore.
