Bajaj Housing Finance reported strong Q3 FY26 business numbers. Gross disbursements rose about 32% year-on-year to approximately ₹16,535 crore, up from ₹12,571 crore in Q3 FY25. Assets under management (AUM) grew 23% YoY to around ₹1,33,400 crore, with the AUM expanding by about ₹6,652 crore during the quarter. Loan assets stood at approximately ₹1,17,290 crore versus ₹95,570 crore a year earlier, also a 23% rise. The figures are provisional and subject to review by statutory auditors.
Sharp growth in disbursements and AUM signals robust business momentum, which is likely to be viewed positively by investors. However, since numbers are unaudited, the market may wait for the full quarterly results for confirmation before reacting strongly.
