Bajel Projects Limited, a Bajaj Group company focused on power transmission and distribution EPC, reported strong FY'26 results with standalone revenue of ₹2,792 crores (up 7% YoY). EBITDA grew 38% to ₹125 crores with margins expanding from 3.4% to 4.4%. PAT surged 74% to ₹27 crores with EPS at ₹2.33. The company commissioned 1,168 ckm of transmission lines (~10% of India's total) and executed 17 projects during the year. New order wins include a ₹400+ crore ultra-mega order from MENA region, ₹300 crore MSETCL substation order, and ₹300 crore 765kV AIS substation at Pune East. Management declared maiden dividend of ₹0.6/share and outlined RAASTA 2030 strategy targeting high single-digit EBITDA margins and >15% ROACE in the medium term.
Strong margin expansion and maiden dividend signal improving profitability and cash generation. The ₹3,442 crore order book provides revenue visibility while international expansion through Saudi JV and new MENA orders reduces India-concentration risk.
