Bajel Projects, the power transmission and distribution EPC arm of the Bajaj Group, shared its FY'25 results via an investor presentation. Revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹2,598 crore (up 122% YoY), driven by strong execution. Adjusted EBITDA jumped 167% to ₹115 crore with margins improving to 4.4% from 3.6%. Profit before tax surged 552% to ₹24 crore and net profit rose 261% to ₹15 crore, while ROACE improved to 12.8% from 5.1%. The unexecuted order book stood at ₹2,984 crore (88% power transmission, 11% power distribution including data centre work, 1% international EPC), with the company also winning mega orders worth over ₹400 crore in April'25. The company unveiled its RAASTA 2030 strategy targeting double-digit revenue growth, high single-digit EBITDA margins, and over 15% ROCE by FY'30. The company holds a CRISIL A/Stable rating.
Strong revenue and profit growth along with margin expansion and a robust order book signal improving business momentum. The multi-year RAASTA 2030 targets and recent mega order wins are positive for investor confidence, though the new borrowings of ₹121 crore and a sequential dip in Q4 net profit warrant monitoring.
