Relinquishment of Mr. Ajay Nagle from the position of Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer and Appointment of Ms. Amee Joshi as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer

Bajel Projects Limited's Board meeting on May 27, 2026 approved the resignation of Mr. Ajay Nagle from the position of Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer, effective immediately. He will continue serving as Executive Director until his tenure ends on August 31, 2026. The Board appointed Ms. Amee Joshi (ICSI Membership No. ACS 22502) as the new Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer, also effective immediately. Ms. Joshi will serve as a Key Managerial Personnel and be part of Senior Management. The Board placed on record its appreciation for Mr. Nagle's contribution. Additionally, Mrs. Pooja Bajaj was appointed as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval at the 4th AGM.
