The company maintained zero-debt status on standalone basis. Management cited temporary production disruption in March 2026 due to geopolitical situation but said prudent inventory planning helped mitigate impact. New projects including DME plant, N-Methyl Morpholine, and improved ACN plant are expected to commission in FY27. A major ₹750 crore expansion in subsidiary Balaji Speciality Chemicals received Mega Project status from Maharashtra government.
Strong margin expansion and profit growth indicate operational efficiency gains. The zero-debt status and upcoming new projects position the company well for future growth, which should be positive for shareholders.
