Balaji Amines reported strong Q4FY26 consolidated results with revenue of ₹403 crore, up 12% YoY from ₹361 crore. EBITDA jumped 50% to ₹102 crore with margins expanding to 25% from 19% in Q4FY25. PAT surged 62.5% to ₹65 crore with PAT margin at 16% versus 11% a year ago. Full year FY26 revenue stood at ₹1,454 crore with PAT of ₹169 crore. The company is debt-free on a standalone basis. New projects including a DME plant, N-Methyl Morpholine plant, and an improved Acetonitrile plant are expected to commission in FY27. A Rs. 750 crore expansion project at subsidiary Balaji Speciality Chemicals has received Mega Project status from the Maharashtra government.
Strong Q4 showing with significant margin expansion signals operational efficiency gains. The zero-debt status and upcoming capacity expansions position the company well for future growth, though geopolitical disruptions in March 2026 caused brief production issues.
