Balaji Amines reported standalone revenue of Rs 1,29,154 Lakhs for FY2026, marginally higher than Rs 1,27,359 Lakhs in FY2025 (1.4% growth). Standalone PAT grew from Rs 15,621 Lakhs to Rs 16,553 Lakhs (6% increase). Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,42,498 Lakhs with PAT of Rs 16,916 Lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 11 per share (550% on face value of Rs 2). Capital work-in-progress surged to Rs 51,203 Lakhs (from Rs 23,433 Lakhs), indicating major expansion. Consolidated borrowings increased to Rs 13,291 Lakhs from Rs 1,061 Lakhs last year. Cash and cash equivalents declined significantly on consolidated basis to Rs 7,393 Lakhs from Rs 14,889 Lakhs. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
The company delivered steady but modest profit growth with strong cash generation from operations (Rs 19,955 Lakhs standalone). However, heavy capex (Rs 14,418 Lakhs standalone) and rising debt levels may concern investors. The dividend yield remains attractive. The clean audit opinion is reassuring.
