Balaji Telefilms has sent reminder letters to shareholders whose dividends have remained unpaid for seven or more consecutive years, informing them that their shares are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. According to company records, the final dividend for F.Y. 2018-19 and all subsequent dividends declared remain unpaid or unclaimed for these shareholders. The deadline to claim unpaid dividends and avoid IEPF transfer is October 05, 2026.
