Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited has informed the exchanges that its Board Meeting scheduled for May 15, 2026 was adjourned. The meeting, which ran from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM, was paused because Statutory Auditors requested additional time to finalize their report.
