Balmer Lawrie has published a notice in Financial Express informing shareholders about two SEBI/IEPFA initiatives. First, a special one-year window from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027 allows re-lodgement of physical share transfer requests that were earlier rejected or not processed. Second, the Saksham Niveshak 100-day campaign runs from 1 April 2026 to 9 July 2026 for KYC updation and to prevent unpaid or unclaimed dividends from moving to the IEPF. Shareholders can contact KFin Technologies, the company Registrar, for both matters.
Informational. Shareholders holding physical shares should dematerialise them, and all shareholders should update KYC to avoid losing unclaimed dividends to IEPF.
