Balrampur Chini Mills reported standalone net profit of Rs 15,151.38 lakh for Q4 FY26, down 30% from Rs 21,635.15 lakh in Q4 FY25. For the full year FY26, standalone net profit stood at Rs 34,903.85 lakh versus Rs 34,586.77 lakh in FY25, showing marginal growth. Consolidated net profit for FY26 was Rs 38,035.12 lakh, a decline of 13.3% compared to Rs 43,884.01 lakh in FY25, indicating pressure at the consolidated level. Total operating income grew 15.8% year-on-year to Rs 627,114.65 lakh. Standalone EPS improved to Rs 17.19 for FY26 from Rs 10.86 in FY25. The board confirmed interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (350%) as the final dividend for FY26.
The standalone results show improved profitability on an annual basis, but the significant Q4 decline and the consolidated profit drop of over 13% despite higher revenues may concern investors. The associate Auxilo Finseivo appears to have dragged down consolidated performance.
