Bampsl Securities Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC, reported audited FY25 results with total income of Rs. 2,410.41 lakhs, up sharply from Rs. 902.24 lakhs in FY24 (about 167% growth). Net profit for the year rose to Rs. 135.16 lakhs versus Rs. 39.43 lakhs last year, a roughly 243% jump. However, the standalone Q4FY25 picture was softer, with net profit of Rs. 30.58 lakhs against Rs. 32.70 lakhs in Q4FY24, and total income at Rs. 556 lakhs versus Rs. 665.88 lakhs in the preceding quarter. The board also confirmed the statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
Strong full-year growth in income and profit is a positive signal for shareholders, but the decline in sequential Q4 income and profit and a marginal negative operating cash flow of Rs. 0.87 lakh suggest short-term volatility; the clean audit opinion supports credibility of the numbers.
