Bampsl Securities, an RBI-registered NBFC, announced its audited results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025, approved at a board meeting on 20 May 2025. Total income surged to ₹2,410.41 lakhs in FY25 from ₹902.24 lakhs in FY24, a jump of around 167%. Net profit grew sharply to ₹135.16 lakhs from ₹39.43 lakhs (about 243% growth), pushing basic EPS to ₹0.40 from ₹0.12. However, the company reported a marginal negative operating cash flow of ₹(0.87) lakhs for the year, with cash and cash equivalents dipping to ₹0.80 lakhs from ₹1.67 lakhs. The statutory auditors (G.C. Agarwal & Associates) issued an un-modified opinion on the results.
Strong top-line and profit growth signals improving scale and earnings, which is positive for shareholders. However, the negative operating cash flow and very thin cash balance suggest the company is dependent on its loan book and receivables for liquidity, which investors should watch closely.
