Banaras Beads Limited has announced that its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 7th August 2025 at 3:00 PM in Varanasi. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 1st August 2025 to Thursday, 7th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. The cutoff date for eligibility is 31st July 2025, and e-voting will be open from 4th August 2025 to 6th August 2025 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The notice of the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders on or before 13th July 2025.
Shareholders who buy or hold shares must ensure they are on the register by 31st July 2025 to be eligible to vote and attend the AGM. No trading in shares is possible during the book closure period from 1st to 7th August 2025.
