Bandaram Pharma Packtech Ltd reported a weak Q1 FY26. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹75.74 lakhs from ₹272.15 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a drop of roughly 72%. The company posted a net loss of ₹26.85 lakhs, slightly wider than the ₹24.86 lakh loss a year ago. On a consolidated basis (which includes 55%-owned subsidiary VSR Paper and Packaging), revenue declined about 29% YoY to ₹810.37 lakhs, while net profit plunged to ₹2.47 lakhs from ₹17.83 lakhs. The standalone business effectively bore the brunt of the decline, while the subsidiary contributed around ₹799.79 lakhs in revenue and ₹23.82 lakhs in profit. Statutory auditor M M Reddy & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Sharp standalone revenue collapse and continued losses signal stress in the core pharma packaging business, which may weigh on the stock despite a stable consolidated picture cushioned by the subsidiary.
