Bang Overseas Limited published newspaper extracts of its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26 ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue grew to Rs. 5,876.82 lakh in Q4 (up from Rs. 4,929.77 lakh YoY) and Rs. 22,461.19 lakh annually (up from Rs. 19,251.70 lakh). However, standalone profit after tax declined to Rs. 209.29 lakh in Q4 (from Rs. 226.36 lakh) and annual PAT fell to Rs. 345.32 lakh from Rs. 514.19 lakh. On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs. 22,597.42 lakh (vs Rs. 19,100.17 lakh) with annual PAT of Rs. 476.69 lakh (vs Rs. 653.69 lakh). EPS stood at Rs. 3.35 (standalone) and Rs. 4.39 (consolidated) for FY26, recovering from negative EPS in FY25.
Revenue growth in both standalone and consolidated figures is positive, but the decline in profit margins despite higher topline suggests cost pressures. Recovery from FY25 losses indicates operational improvement, though profitability compression may concern investors.
