Bank of Maharashtra has informed the stock exchanges that Shri Asheesh Pandey has ceased to be the Executive Director of the Bank with effect from 30th September 2025. This change follows a Government of India notification from the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, dated 30th September 2025. Mr. Pandey has been appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of Union Bank of India.
