Bank of Maharashtra has reviewed and revised its Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR). The overnight MCLR decreased from 7.65% to 7.50%, a reduction of 15 basis points. Meanwhile, the one-month MCLR increased from 8.20% to 8.30%, a rise of 10 basis points. The three-month, six-month, and one-year MCLRs remain unchanged at 8.55%, 8.70%, and 8.85% respectively. The revised rates are effective from 30 May 2026. This is a routine interest rate update filed under SEBI LODR regulations.
The mixed revision — lower short-term overnight rate but slightly higher one-month rate — reflects the bank's internal cost of funds assessment. This is a standard operational update and does not indicate any credit quality concerns or financial distress for the bank.
