Banka BioLoo Limited, a Hyderabad-based water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH) company, released its Q4 FY25-26 investor presentation showing a strong turnaround from losses to profitability. Q4 net sales rose 29% YoY to ₹1,812.8 Lakhs, with full-year sales up 10% to ₹6,101.2 Lakhs. EBITDA turned positive at ₹254 Lakhs in Q4 and ₹408 Lakhs for FY (from losses of ₹67.4 Lakhs and ₹487.9 Lakhs respectively). PAT came in at ₹157.1 Lakhs for Q4 and ₹38.2 Lakhs for FY, versus losses of ₹172.9 Lakhs and ₹929.6 Lakhs a year ago. EPS recovered to ₹1.44 in Q4. The 12-month order book stands at ₹82 Crores with total unexecuted orders of ₹107 Crores, split between Railways (₹38 Crores) and WaSH (₹69 Crores). Employee costs were reduced by 19.1% YoY, contributing to margin recovery. The company expanded into Bangalore and Mumbai with projects from Brigade, Reliance and RMZ.
The company achieved a decisive turnaround in FY26 with revenue scaling and margins recovering from deep losses, indicating operational efficiency gains and successful execution in the WaSH segment. The healthy order book of ₹107 Crores provides revenue visibility for the coming year.
