Bannari Amman Spinning Mills has completed its rights issue by allotting 1,50,79,504 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs. 27 per share (face value Rs. 5, premium Rs. 22 per share). The allotment was approved by the Rights Issue Committee at its meeting held on May 29, 2025, following the Letter of Offer dated April 24, 2025. The total issue size works out to approximately Rs. 40.7 crore. The disclosure has been made to the exchanges in line with SEBI listing regulations.
The rights issue is now fully allotted, which expands the company's equity base. Shareholders who subscribed will see their holdings maintained or increased, while those who did not participate will experience dilution of their stake in the company.
