B Saravanan, a promoter of Bannari Amman Sugars, acquired 4,900 shares (0.04% of paid-up capital) from Kerala Alcoholic Products Pvt Ltd, another promoter-group entity, via an off-market inter-se transfer on 11 September 2025. B Saravanan's individual holding rose from 175,758 shares (1.40%) to 180,658 shares (1.44%). The total promoter group (with PACs) holding remained unchanged at 58.70% (73,60,276 shares). The equity share capital of the company stayed at Rs 12.54 crore (1,25,39,700 shares of Rs 10 each).
