Intimation for change in management which has been approved at Extraordinary General Meeting.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 25, 2026, shareholders of Bansal Roofing Products Ltd approved two board changes. First, the appointment of Ms. Nishi Brahmkhatri, a 26-year-old Chartered Accountant, as a Non-Executive Independent Director was regularised for a 5-year term effective January 24, 2026. Second, Mr. Ravi Bhandari, a former CEO of listed hospital chain Shalby Limited with 29+ years of experience across Reliance Industries, Bharti Group, and GHCL, was re-appointed as Independent Director for a second 5-year term from February 5, 2026. Both directors hold no shares in the company and are not related to any existing Director or KMP.
