The Board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 3,619.67 lakhs from Rs. 2,404.01 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 51% year-on-year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 201.98 lakhs from Rs. 83.63 lakhs (up roughly 142%), with EPS of Rs. 1.53 vs Rs. 0.67. The auditor (Parikh Shah Chotalia & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report. The Board also approved the draft notice for the 17th AGM scheduled for September 10, 2025 via video conferencing, and approved the Board's Report, Corporate Governance Report and MD&A for FY25. Independent Director Mrs. Arpita T. Shah resigned citing pre-occupation and personal commitments, and Mr. Yaksh Darji (26, a Chartered Accountant and CPA) was appointed as Additional Independent Director in her place. The Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees were reconstituted accordingly. Unclaimed dividend for FY 2017-18 will be transferred to the IEPF after October 15, 2025.
A strong Q1 with over 50% revenue growth and more than doubling of profits is a clear positive for shareholders and likely to support the stock price. The independent director change appears routine and does not raise governance concerns, though investors may want to track how the new director contributes in coming quarters.
