Bansal Wire Industries reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue, sales volume, and EBITDA for Q2 FY26. Revenue grew 27.9% year-on-year to ₹10,554 million, EBITDA rose 19.8% to ₹815.8 million, while PAT declined 4.3% YoY to ₹383.2 million. H1 FY26 revenue stood at ₹19,944.1 million (up 21.4% YoY) with EBITDA of ₹1,560.4 million (up 19.7% YoY). Sales volume surged 45.8% YoY in Q2 to 1,14,609 MT. Management guided for 35% volume growth and 20% EBITDA growth in FY26, with a target of 25%+ ROCE by FY27. The company also announced a new IHT Wire product (9,000-tonne capacity), a ₹150 crore Sanand plant expansion targeting December 2027, and a 20,000-tonne Steel Tyre Cord project. Net debt to EBITDA improved to 3.78x in H1 FY26 from 4.53x in FY24, indicating steady deleveraging.
Strong top-line and volume growth along with margin expansion guidance signal robust business momentum, though flat-to-declining PAT in Q2 may raise near-term concerns. Long-term capacity additions and deleveraging should support investor confidence, but the stock trades near its 52-week low, reflecting some market caution.
