Fabric division grew 5% to Rs. 569 crore, while Yarn division declined 2% to Rs. 449 crore due to labour shortages. The Board recommended a 20% dividend (Rs. 3.42 crore payout). For FY27, management guided revenue of Rs. 1,450-1,500 crore with EBITDA margins of 10.5-11%, targeting increased contribution from higher-margin Fabric and Garment segments to 69%.
The company demonstrated strong margin improvement and robust growth in its Garment division, indicating successful execution of its value-added strategy. The FY27 guidance of Rs. 1,450-1,500 crore represents ~10% revenue growth, with management confident in the medium-term growth potential supported by new customer additions and the India-UK FTA. Near-term headwinds from geopolitical uncertainty and input costs remain, but improving order pipelines and capacity utilization trajectory support the growth outlook.
