Banswara Syntex published a newspaper notice on 25 July 2026 in Business Remedies (Hindi) and Financial Express (English), urging equity shareholders to claim their unpaid dividends for financial year 2018-19. Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, shares of shareholders who do not claim their dividends are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders must apply in Form IEPF-5 with the Registrar (Computech Share Cap) to claim both the dividend and the underlying shares.
