Banswara Syntex has called its 50th AGM on 30 July 2026 at 5 PM via video conferencing. Board recommends a final dividend of Rs. 1 per share (20%) on Rs. 5 face value equity for FY26. Record date is 23 July. Resolutions include adopting FY26 results, ratifying Cost Auditor pay of Rs. 2.6 lakh, re-appointing Rakesh Mehra as Chairman, Ravindrakumar Toshniwal as Vice Chairman, and Shaleen Toshniwal as MD for 3 years from Jan 2027, plus appointing Udeypaul Singh Gill as Independent Director for 5 years.
