Barak Valley Cements has informed the exchanges that following the resignation of Mrs. Rachna Gambhir as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (intimated on June 20, 2025), the company is searching for a replacement. In the interim, Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, has taken on the additional responsibility of Compliance Officer.
