BASF India Limited has announced that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 31st July 2026 to 5th August 2026 (both days inclusive). This book closure is for the purpose of the 82nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 12th August 2026. The closure will also determine shareholder eligibility for any dividend that may be declared at the AGM.
