Bata India Limited has announced the results of its postal ballot conducted through remote e-voting for the re-appointment of Ms. Radha Rajappa as an Independent Director. The voting period ran from April 24, 2026 to May 23, 2026. A total of 107.55 million shares were voted, representing 83.68% of the company's outstanding shares.
