Bayer CropScience shared its H1 FY2025-26 results at an investor meet on November 25, 2025. Revenue grew 7% YoY to ₹54,734 million, profit before tax rose 6% to ₹5,355 million, and EPS climbed 10% to ₹96, with an interim dividend of ₹90 per share. Q1 was strong with 17% revenue growth, but Q2 revenue fell 11% due to excessive monsoon rainfall that disrupted sprays and hit oilseeds acreage. The company outlined a 5-year strategic framework focusing on crop protection innovation, doubling corn market demand by 2030, scaling direct-seeded rice, and digital transformation. New product launches include Bicota, Etcio Star, Camalus, Felujit, Spintor, Mateno More and Council Prime.
Positive for shareholders as H1 margins expanded 85 bps despite weather headwinds, and management laid out a clear multi-year growth roadmap with new product pipeline. However, weak Q2 revenue shows the business remains vulnerable to monsoon volatility and below-MSP crop prices.
