Bazel International Ltd (a non-banking financial company) held its Board meeting on 13 February 2026 and approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew strongly to ₹114.05 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹77.47 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (about 47% YoY jump), while standalone net profit surged to ₹52.19 lakhs versus ₹21.76 lakhs (about 140% YoY). For nine months, standalone profit stood at ₹149.59 lakhs versus ₹119.87 lakhs, and revenue rose to ₹331.80 lakhs from ₹235.05 lakhs. The Board also noted listing approvals from BSE for a preferential allotment of 10,69,189 shares at a ₹56.95 premium, listing of 2,18,250 ESOP shares, and in-principle approval for a 1:1 bonus issue of up to 38,55,222 shares.
Strong YoY revenue and profit growth signals improving business momentum for the NBFC. Shareholders stand to benefit from a 1:1 bonus issue (share count doubling), but EPS for the nine-month period has dropped compared to last year due to equity dilution from the preferential and ESOP issuances.
