BDH Industries Limited has submitted to BSE the newspaper publication of its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY2024-25, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 47. For Q4 FY25, total income from operations stood at Rs. 1,839.63 lakhs, down about 33% from Rs. 2,754.02 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Q4 net profit after tax was Rs. 248.87 lakhs vs Rs. 296.49 lakhs in Q4 FY24, a drop of around 16%. For the full year FY25, total income was Rs. 6,834.71 lakhs with net profit after tax of Rs. 927.33 lakhs and basic EPS of Rs. 16.11. Other equity strengthened to Rs. 6,168.35 lakhs from Rs. 5,507.96 lakhs a year earlier. The results were approved by the Board and reviewed by the statutory auditors.
Full-year performance is healthy with strong profit growth and a 12% rise in reserves, but the sharp sequential decline in Q4 revenue and profit is a concern and may weigh on short-term sentiment despite the solid annual numbers.
