Bedmutha Industries Limited has filed the newspaper advertisement of its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. Total income for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 35,754.58 lakhs, slightly down from Rs 36,450.98 lakhs in the previous quarter but up sharply from Rs 26,401.79 lakhs in Q3 FY25. However, the company swung to a net loss of Rs 390.32 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 211.08 lakhs in the same quarter last year and a smaller loss of Rs 92.72 lakhs in the preceding quarter. For the nine-month period, total income grew to Rs 1,03,945.24 lakhs from Rs 86,811.55 lakhs a year ago, but the company slipped into a net loss of Rs 813.39 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 2,275.23 lakhs in 9M FY25. Basic and diluted EPS for Q3 FY26 was Rs (1.21), and for 9M FY26 was Rs (2.52), down from Rs 7.05 in 9M FY25.
Despite healthy year-on-year revenue growth, the company has slipped into losses both for the quarter and on a year-to-date basis, with losses widening sequentially. Shareholders should note the deteriorating profitability trend and the gap between revenue growth and bottom-line performance, which is likely to weigh on the stock in the near term.
