The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Century Vision Pvt Ltd & Tirumala Holdings Pvt Ltd

Two promoter group entities of Beekay Steel Industries have filed disclosures under SEBI SAST Regulations. Century Vision Pvt Ltd acquired 25,000 shares via open market on 27 March 2025, raising its stake from 19.0752% (36,38,040 shares) to 19.2062% (36,63,040 shares). On the same date, Tirumala Holdings Pvt Ltd sold 25,000 shares via open market, reducing its stake from 2.9341% (5,59,596 shares) to 2.8030% (5,34,596 shares). Since the same number of shares were bought by one promoter entity and sold by another on the same day through the open market, this appears to be an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. Net promoter group holding remains unchanged.
