Belding India unveiled its indigenously designed Hybrid Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at India Energy Storage Week 2026, formally launched by Minister of State Shri Shripad Yesso Naik. The system reduces diesel consumption by 40 to 80 percent depending on load, cuts fuel costs, extends DG lifespan, and supports solar integration. It targets data centres, hospitals, airports, telecom towers, mining, oil and gas, defence, and remote industrial sites. The company, formerly Synthiko Foils, is positioning this as a step in India's clean energy and Make in India push.
New product diversifies into a fast-growing energy storage segment, but no orders, revenue numbers, or financial guidance were disclosed in the release.
