Synthiko Foils Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 513307) has issued a corrigendum dated February 13, 2026 to its Postal Ballot Notice dated January 17, 2026, through which shareholders are being asked to approve a special resolution to change the company's name to "Belding India Limited." The corrigendum replaces the original Annexure-1 to Item No. 1 of the Explanatory Statement with a Practicing Chartered Accountant's certificate confirming compliance with SEBI Listing Regulation 45.
