Belrise Industries reported strong FY26 results with total revenue of ₹95,091 million (up 14.7% YoY) and adjusted PAT of ₹5,020 million (up 41.2% YoY). Q4 FY26 revenue stood at ₹25,528 million (up 12.2%) with adjusted PAT of ₹1,290 million (up 17.2%). Manufacturing revenue grew 17% to ₹77,346 million with EBITDA margins of 13.7%. The company completed its second aerospace acquisition — Chester Hall Precision Engineering in the UK for £13.2 million — adding aero engine and space satellite component capabilities. New order wins include an exhaust and fuel tank supply contract with a fast-growing 2W/3W OEM (starting Q2 FY27) and a major exhaust systems order from a Japanese OEM with peak annual revenues of ~₹220 crore (starting Q4 FY27). A one-time loss of ₹94.7 million was recorded at Belrise Aerospace & Defense due to startup costs from the SDM France acquisition.
Belrise delivered on its IPO commitments with mid-teens revenue growth, strong PAT expansion, and meaningful progress in aerospace diversification. New order wins and the Chester Hall acquisition support long-term growth visibility, while the one-time defence startup loss should normalize in FY27.
