Belrise Industries filed its consolidated KPIs for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. Q4 FY25 revenue jumped 49% YoY to ₹2,274 crore, with EBITDA rising to ₹276 crore (12.13% margin vs 11.45%) and PAT surging to ₹110 crore from just ₹1.3 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full year FY25, revenue grew 10.78% to ₹8,991 crore, EBITDA rose to ₹1,040 crore with margins broadly flat at 12.55%, and PAT grew 14.3% to ₹355 crore (4.29% margin). Return ratios stayed steady with RoAE at 14.12% and RoACE at 14.85%. The revenue mix remains anchored to 2-wheelers at 64.64%, while the international share has gradually risen to 25.06% from 22.08% two years ago. The company now operates 17 manufacturing plants, up from 15 in FY24.
Positive: strong Q4 rebound driven by healthy revenue growth and margin expansion, alongside a rising international mix and capacity additions. However, the modest ~11% full-year revenue growth and slightly compressing RoAE suggest steady rather than accelerating performance, likely keeping the stock in a neutral-to-mildly-positive zone.
