Belrise Industries (formerly Badve Engineering) reported FY25 revenue from operations of ₹82,908 Mn, up 10.8% YoY, with manufacturing revenue growing 9.3% to ₹65,938 Mn. EBITDA rose 10% to ₹10,211 Mn, but EBITDA margin slipped 10 bps to 12.3% from 12.4%. Profit after tax grew 13.3% to ₹3,554 Mn, with EPS at ₹5.5. Q4 FY25 was particularly strong, with revenue up 49% and EBITDA up 58% YoY. The company completed the acquisition of H-One India (a Japanese high-tensile steel fabrication subsidiary) on March 28, 2025, which makes FY25 numbers not directly comparable. Net debt/equity rose to 1.01x from 0.94x, and ROACE declined to 14.5% from 14.8%.
Margin compression of 10 bps and rising leverage are mild negatives, but strong Q4 growth and the H-One India acquisition (adding Japanese OEM customers and high-tensile steel capability) signal expansion potential. The planned use of ~₹16,180 Mn of IPO proceeds for debt repayment should improve the balance sheet and reduce finance costs going forward.
