Belrise Industries informed the exchanges that shareholders at the 29th AGM held on September 23, 2025 approved two board re-appointments. Mr. Ashok Vishnu Tagare was re-appointed as Non-Executive Director with effect from September 23, 2025. Mrs. Supriya Shrikant Badve was re-appointed as Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, for a five-year term from March 14, 2026 to March 13, 2031. Mrs. Badve, aged 55, holds a master's degree in science and has over 16 years of experience in management and finance, and is responsible for overall business management of the company. Mr. Tagare brings 32+ years of experience in industrial engineering and production.
Continuity on the board is maintained with no change in management control. Shareholders should note that Mrs. Badve is the spouse of the Managing Director Mr. Shrikant Shankar Badve, reinforcing promoter family involvement at the highest decision-making level of the company.
