Belrise Industries reported strong full-year FY2026 revenue of ₹95,091.02 million, up 14.69% from ₹89,908.16 million in FY2025, driven by robust Q4 revenue of ₹25,528.30 million growing 12.24% year-on-year. Profit after tax grew significantly to ₹4,968.60 million for the year, a 39.8% increase from ₹3,554.43 million. EBITDA for FY2026 stood at ₹11,537.68 million with margins holding steady around 12.13%. The company expanded its manufacturing footprint to 24 plants from 17 previously. Revenue remains heavily dependent on 2-Wheeler segment (78.81% of manufacturing revenue) and India market (76.89%), with international revenue share declining from 25.06% to 23.11%.
The results show solid top-line growth and impressive profit growth, though return ratios (RoAE, RoACE) declined slightly due to increased capital employed from plant expansion. The company's focus on domestic 2-wheeler segment continues to drive revenues, but shareholders may want to monitor margin pressures and geographic diversification.
