Belrise Industries reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs 95,091 million (up 15% from Rs 82,908 million in FY25) and profit after tax of Rs 4,969 million (up 36% from Rs 3,654 million). The Board approved a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per share (11%) for FY2026. The company also announced plans to raise up to Rs 20,000 million through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). Additionally, a corporate guarantee of EUR 3.3 million was approved for its wholly-owned subsidiary Belrise Defence and Aerospace. Statutory auditors provided an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results. A merger scheme involving Badve Autocomps and Eximius Infra Tech Solutions is also under process.
The strong profit growth (36% PAT increase) with a clean audit opinion is positive for shareholders. The planned Rs 20,000 million QIP will dilute existing shareholding but supports future growth plans. The dividend declaration provides near-term return to investors.
