Belrise Industries Limited reported strong FY2025-26 results with standalone revenue growing 14.2% to Rs 75,283.30 million and consolidated revenue up 14.7% to Rs 95,091.02 million. Profit after tax surged 43.9% on standalone basis to Rs 4,784.04 million and 36% on consolidated basis to Rs 4,968.60 million. The Board approved an unmodified auditor opinion confirming clean financials. Key corporate actions include recommending a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per share (11%) and approving a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 20,000 million. Additionally, the company approved a corporate guarantee of EUR 3.3 million for its wholly owned subsidiary Belrise Defence and Aerospace Private Limited for an ECB facility. The company also disclosed an exceptional item of Rs 5.13 crore due to new labour code implementation.
Strong profit growth and cash position improvement are positive signals for shareholders. The planned QIP will dilute existing equity but provides growth capital. Improved debt equity position and positive operating cashflow indicate healthy financials.
